What we collect

Account info (email, handle, display name), your date of birth (to verify you’re 13+), the content you post, and basic usage/device data to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To operate the platform, secure accounts, rank the feed, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal data.

Sub-processors

We use service providers to run SQUATTERS (secure hosting and storage, error monitoring, and AI features). They process data only to provide their service.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data — and delete your account — by emailing eddie@sellinheritedhouse.ai. In-app self-serve export and deletion are available in your account settings.

Children

SQUATTERS is not for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; if we learn we have, we delete it.
