Getting Started on Squatters

Welcome to the come-up. Squatters is where you learn the whole off-market game for free, case and "squat" real deals, fund them, and own them — drifter to mogul. Here's how to start.

1. Claim your spot

Open the app and sign up with your email. Your @handle is your name on the Block — pick one you'll be proud of, because it's also your invite code (more on that below).

2. Verify your email

We send a verification link to your inbox. Click it to unlock posting and the full social loop. Didn't get it? See Troubleshooting — you can resend it anytime.

3. Drop in on the Map

Everybody starts somewhere on the come-up Map — the Bando, the Block, the Trailer Park, the Farm. This is the great equalizer. Your place isn't a judgment; it's a starting line.

4. Run the free Academy

The Academy is the university you play — a cited, world-class path through the off-market game (find → comp → seller call → contract → close → ethics). It's free, it always will be, and it's where your Street Cred starts.

5. Get your crew on

Your @handle is your invite link: squatters.io/app/?ref=yourhandle. Bring people up and you earn Street Cred for putting them on. The come-up is better with a crew.
